Beautiful hotel with friendly staff. Rooms are big, well designed, and clean.
No prior warning about the fact that the wellness is an only nudist zone. Some guest even tried to force me to take off my towel (which is not the hotels fault)

Perfect location for relaxation, dinner was nice and rooms very clean.
Only allowed to use sauna area and jacuzzi without swimming costume. Pool a little bit cold for autumn.

The location was perfect, with the cable car station just a stone's throw away. It made accessing the ski slopes a breeze. The staff here were absolutely phenomenal, always going above and beyond to make my stay memorable. They even helped me celebrate my birthday with some extra special surprises. The food at the restaurant was delicious, both for breakfast and dinner. The buffet spread was rich and varied, and I loved how they organized the dinner seating to ensure it wasn't crowded. And let's not forget the amazing spa! The facilities were top-notch, with an indoor and outdoor pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and more. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of skiing.
In short, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff were extremely friendly, the rooms spacious and modern. Great shower. Food was extremely good. Heated indoor/outdoor pool was great.
Austrian saunas are nude only. I dont mind if they are same sex but the spa area at this hotel was mixed. So after a long day on the slopes we couldnt relax in the sauna.Im not a prude but I couldnt sit across from some man at dinner knowing we had seen each other naked.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were very polite and helpful, and made my birthday extra special. The hotel facilities were great, with a comfortable and soundproofed room and a fantastic spa open until 9 pm. The location was perfect, with the ski slopes directly next to the hotel and a great breakfast every morning.
Couldn't fault anything about our stay at this hotel.

The breakfast was fantastic with a variety of options catering for all tastes. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were spacious and well-lit with a lot of natural light. The location was perfect for my business trip, near the city center and easily accessible by public transport. the gym facilities were well-kept and the equipment was updated, making for an enjoyable workout.
The staff at the reception desk were not as helpful as I expected, and their attitude seemed indifferent. the WiFi was unreliable and slow, which made it challenging to work remotely.

Had a blast during new year's time! Two aspects that made it fantastic: the stunning views and the wide range of activities offered. Ski slopes were near and the ice-skating experience was amazing. the food was classic, just what we needed during these short but intense winter days.
One thing we didn't enjoy was the lack of cleanliness in the room, bedding and windows were not welcoming. the arrangement of food service at the restaurant was messy, making it difficult to enjoy your meal calmly.
